The refrigerated buffet uses the Culinaire® under bench Cold Well with Gantry.
The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavyduty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment.

Heavy duty non marking 75mm swivel casters have two with brakes and two without
a selection of standard stone tops and prefinished melamine boards available
