Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis and to ensure quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Coffee Equipment – Due to hygiene considerations and manufacturer warranties, all coffee equipment purchases are final once opened or used
- Customized or Made-to-Order Furniture – Items specifically manufactured to your specifications
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked during purchase
- Damaged Items – Due to improper assembly or customer-induced damage
